  People need to realize that this is a business and not one where things are free. If you want quality custom stereo systems then you need to be prepared to pay for labor, merchandise and wiring and custom install labor. You have to understand that if you go to Best buy and purchase goods then you will have to make an appointment to get work done and be prepared to pay for everything i.e. wiring harness, speaker wire. Why would you think that Sundance is like McDonald's and have your order done in 30 minutes and get free fries i.e wiring. Bottom line is that the shop does great work if you can afford your expectations. My example is this: Hey Mr, I want 2 12" subs and a enclosure and 2 pair of really good door speakers and use upgraded 16 guage wiring for the 2 amps to run everything, usually a good set of 6 1/2" front door mids will come with dash tweets, remember the most important thing to pay for is the Deck which is usually going to be over 500 for a really good one. All of this installed with quality work is going to run 4250-5000 easy. You have to get it from the source who knows. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. But Sundance will do there best to make you happy about your purchase but sometimes people can't be pleased and that's not Claudes fault. Dave
